The challenge was building a conversational AI that felt natural enough for customers to trust, understood scheduling constraints and service types, and integrated seamlessly with existing booking systems.

Pinnasys worked with BookingBee to design a conversational AI that behaves like a friendly, efficient receptionist — one that understands service types, checks real-time availability, handles scheduling preferences, and confirms bookings instantly.
The key design principle was natural conversation flow with transactional precision. The AI needed to feel warm and human during the conversation while executing booking logic flawlessly in the background — checking availability, respecting buffer times, and confirming details.
We built multi-channel support from the start — phone calls, web chat, and messaging platforms — all powered by the same conversational engine with consistent behaviour.
