PersanaAI set out to solve this by building a platform where AI agents handle the entire lead enrichment and qualification pipeline — pulling data from 75+ sources, verifying accuracy, finding tech stacks, discovering recent news, and writing personalised outreach.
The challenge was building AI agents that could enrich data at scale with consistently high accuracy — not 70% accuracy that creates more cleanup work, but 95%+ accuracy that sales teams can trust and act on immediately.

Pinnasys worked with PersanaAI to design and build a suite of AI agents, each specialised in a different aspect of lead intelligence. Rather than a single enrichment API that returns a flat data object, we built agents that think like sales researchers — finding company context, identifying relevant triggers, and connecting the dots across multiple sources.
The key technical challenge was maintaining high accuracy across 75+ heterogeneous data sources — each with different formats, reliability levels, and update frequencies. We built a confidence-scoring system that weights each source based on historical accuracy, recency, and corroboration from other sources.
The result: enriched lead data that sales teams trust enough to act on immediately, without manual verification.
