Build an AI tutor, not a chatbot.

Pinnasys worked with Ona to design an AI system that behaves like a great financial coach — one that asks the right questions, remembers context, adjusts difficulty in real time, and guides learners toward specific outcomes rather than just answering questions.

The key distinction was between a chatbot and a tutor. A chatbot answers whatever you ask. A tutor has a curriculum, understands where you are in your learning journey, and steers the conversation toward the next thing you need to learn.
