Pinnasys worked with Jump to build an AI meeting intelligence engine that goes beyond simple transcription. The system understands conversation context, identifies key topics, extracts action items, and generates personalised follow-up content.
The key insight was that follow-up quality depends on understanding what mattered in the conversation — not just what was said. We built a context extraction layer that identifies decisions, commitments, pricing discussions, and next steps from the conversational flow.
The “Ask Anything” feature lets users query their meeting history in natural language — “Remind me what Tim said about cost considerations” — and get instant, accurate answers with source references.
